This is where we setup a meeting with all key stakeholders within sales and marketing. Leveraging our 10-point matrix, we deep dive in to your systems, processes and people to identify areas that are impacting your business. We will also ask for any metrics, reports and data relevant to your sales and marketing efforts.
Our team takes the results of the data gathered and develops a report focused on each area of the 10 point matrix. Here we focus on summarizing our findings and providing recommendatios on how to fix that specifc area of your business.
Once the performance review is complete, we sit down with you to discuss all of our findings. This includes:
